If you are travelling by Karnataka Express /Lokamanya TT Express you can get down at Dound Junction and catch Shirdi Express which start from Daund Junction at 12: 00 Noon and runs only on Wednesday. Hence devotees are requested to start their journey from bangalore on Tuesday's only either by Karnataka Express/Lokamanya TT Express. The advantage of breaking the journey and boarding Shirdi Express is that you can directly arrive at Sai Nagar Station instead of Kopergaon railway station and the time difference is approximately 3 hours. In this way, you will have more option (KK Express/Lokamanya TT Express) while booking tickets to Shirdi as you are very well aware how difficult it is to book a ticket from Bangalore to Shirdi by Karnataka Express.
